How do credits work?

You buy credits (packs or a membership) and every generation shows its exact credit price before you press generate. Credits never expire while your account is active.

What happens when a generation fails?

Failed and timed-out jobs refund automatically. The credits come back on their own within moments, no support ticket needed. If you believe a refund didn't arrive, write to us below with the generation's date and model.

Why was my prompt rejected?

Dolly blocks prompts involving real people in inappropriate contexts, minors, and franchise/celebrity likenesses, per our content policy. Rejected prompts are never charged. Repeated attempts can temporarily throttle new submissions.

How do memberships and cancellation work?

Memberships grant a monthly credit allowance at a better rate. You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep everything already granted, and no further renewals are charged. Credits you've purchased stay yours.
